Obituary of Connor Ryan McGowan
Connor Ryan McGowan, Born April 21, 2001, passed away at home on February 5, 2025. He is survived by his adopted Mother, Christine Waller, Adopted Father, Billy Waller, and Adopted Mother, Deb McGowan. He also leaves behind loving family members: Aunt Alycia Neely, Siblings Mykie, Neveah, and Orianna, Niece Anastasia Grace, and Cousins. They also leave behind their best friend, Emily, whose friendship will live on forever.
Connor also leaves behind their chosen family, namely, Julio, Gem, Haley, Charlotte, Nathan, and Alex, among many, many others. Connor was a bright light in the lives of everyone he met. A graduate of Hope High School in 2021, Connor was a talented artist, hairstylist, makeup artist, and fashion designer. Connor loved to draw, paint, sing, cosplay, and enjoy anime. Connor's style was unique, as was his personality, humor, and outlook on life. Connor was described as trustworthy, the most accepting, genuine, vibrant, imaginative, funny, positive, kind, compassionate, affectionate, caring, exuberant, loving, and had an infectious laugh and soulful eyes and always had a willingness to be there for others. Connor was unapologetically himself, he loved and accepted the people he cared about without judgement or criticism. Connor taught others to be themselves and made them feel fully understood and accepted. Connor identified as a system, with their passing we also acknowledge the passing of their members.
We love you, Connor.
