Andre Kendran Biggs Jr, 36, of Providence, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 11, 2025, with his mother at his bedside. Born in Honolulu, HI, he was the beloved son of L.P.D.D. Biggs and Patricia Ramos. Andre proudly served his country as a U.S. Army Veteran. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Margaret J. (Oliver) Ramos and Joseph M. Ramos Sr., his uncle Joseph. M. Ramos Jr., and his cousin Marcus J. Cruz. He is survived by his two cherished daughters, Skylah Biggs and Xoie Biggs; his sisters, Estaccia Biggs and Shriah Biggs; nieces, Zariah Biggs and Julianna "Ju-Ju" Carter; nephew, Gabriel Miranda III; his aunt, Pamela Cruz; several cousins; and his best friend, Adam Monterio.

Andre had a generous spirit and enjoyed spending time with his daughters above all else. He was passionate about helping others in need and had recently begun serving as an outreach counselor for the homeless.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Andre's memory to your local homeless shelter or church.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at New Life Southcoast, 1333 Cove Rd., New Bedford, MA 02744.
