Carmen Gloria Garcia Obituary
Carmen Gloria Garcia, 88, of Providence, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025. Born in Dorado, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Miguel Garcia and Julia Vazquez.
Mother of the late Ana Martinez and leaves behind daughter Julia Martinez and five other children, Angel Martinez, Hector Martinez, Jose Martinez, Juan Martinez, and Luis Martinez, as well as thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Carmen Garcia was also a devoted Christian of the Protestant faith and a loving, faithful wife to her late husband, Felix Martinez.
Her service will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 2pm to 4pm in the Mount Pleasant Funeral and Cremation Service, 168 Academy Ave, Providence. Burial will take place in Puerto Rico National Cemetery, Puerto Rico. For further information and condolences, please visit MOUNTPLEASANTFH.COM.
