Jacek Jan Mogielnicki, 69 of Westborough, MA, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025. He was born in Providence and is the son of the late Jan S. and Ewa F. (Warczewska) Mogielnicki. Jacek worked in the technology field for many years before his retirement. Prior to his extended illness, he enjoyed gardening, movies, and music.  He loved sharing stories of growing up in Providence, Rhode Island, in a Polish family, cooking his Mom's traditional Polish food, and sharing it with his friends and coworkers in California and Massachusetts. He leaves his loving sister, Teresa Mogielnicki Kocay, MD, his cousins in Poland and Canada, and his brother-in-law, William Tobias. He is predeceased by his sister, Barbara (Mogielnicki) Tobias. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Adalbert's Church, 866 Atwells Avenue, Providence. Burial will take place at St Ann Cemetery, Cranston. For further information and condolences, please visit MOUNTPLEASANTFH.COM.
