Joseph Vento, Sr., of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 23, 2026. He is the son of the late Olindo and Philomena (DeFelice) Vento. Joe will be reunited with his loving wife and son, the late Beatrice “Pauline” (Carnaravale) Vento and the late Joseph Vento, Jr. He was a self-employed cabinetmaker for over 30 years before his retirement. He leaves his loving grandchildren, Joseph Vento, III, and Krystal Vento. Beloved great-grandfather of Joseph Vento IV, Juliana Vento, Sebastian Gaul, Gabriella Gaul, and his brother Vincent Vento. Brother of the late Vilma Vento and Helen Tessitori.
