Jacqui and family and friends -
I am so sorry for your incredible loss. It was an honor to get to know Normand over the past few years and be involved in his care. I enjoyed our time together, hearing his stories about time spent in Canada and sharing anecdotes about Woonsocket and French-Canadian culture. May Normand's deep peace be a comfort to you all through this difficult time.

Normand,
It was so sad to say goodbye to you. I remember your looking at me as if to say: We'll meet again up there.
It breaks my heart to know that you will not be here anymore.
Since I was very young, I remember you and your family visiting us in Trois-Rivieres, Canada. What a joy to me it was to see my grand ma's family coming over to see us. I cherish these memories deep inside of my heart.
I have enjoyed our last private conversations together...

Uncle Normand, I will miss you. You were a kind, sweet, gentle man who so enjoyed others. Together, we had such great memories of the Providence Gay Men's concerts, your trip to visit us in Germany and your pilgramage to Israel.
We both shared our love of music, travel and family history. Thankfully, Nicole and Linda Bellemare, our cousins in Montreal have aided us in helping the Pelland family relatives stay in touch.
Living such a good, long life allowed you to see...
