Obituary of Stanislawa Chmielewska

Stanislawa (Stasia) Chmielewska, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2014. Born in Tarnow, Poland, she was the daughter of the late Jan and Janina Zmuda. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, George Chmielewski; her daughter Bozena Chmielewski and her husband Eric; her son John Chmielewski and his wife Erica; and her two grandchildren, Kason and Alisa Chmielewski. She was a beloved parishioner of St. Adalbert's Church, where she was a member of the choir and Rosary Sodality Group. She loved animals and gardening and always put others before herself. Her funeral will be held Tuesday from the Hoey-Arpin-Williams-King Funeral Home, 168 Academy Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am in Saint Adalbert's Church, Atwells Avenue Providence. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held on Tuesday 8:30 to 9:30 prior to the Mass. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Adalbert's Church would be appreciated.
