So sad to hear this news. Mrs. Chiaverin was like a second mom. She loved to catch up with Allison and me at the end of an evening (as I was a frequent houseguest) to hear all about our adventures; where we went and with whom and what everyone wore, and did we talk to any boys.
Her love, devotion and pride for Allison was absolute and undeniable. I'll always remember Mrs. Chaiverini's quick and easy laugh. And how she coughed just by hearing someone say the word vinegar. And how she...
