Kendra J. Howarth, 48, died suddenly Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at RI Hospital. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Barbara (Malkowski) Howarth and the late Richard Howarth.
She was employed as a Dental Office Manager by Bruce Sunderland DDS of Newport.
Besides her mother she is survived by her brothers Paul and Kevin Howarth and her step brother Richard R. Howarth Jr.
Funeral arrangements and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
