South County lost one of its greatest ambassadors this week. Steven was both a lifeguard and Town Planner for the Town of South Kingstown, although several years apart. I can say I had the honor of sharing time with him in both capacities. Certainly our years together in college and on the beach were filled with fun , humor and many learning experiences. Steve's dry with and unique vocabulary was a constant source of wonder and amusement to those around him. Deb was his one and only...
