Obituary of Sandra Lee Ross

Sandra Lee (Avedisian) Ross RN, BS, 69, of Providence passed away Monday, June 3, 2019. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Sarkis and Rose (Bluestone) Avedisian.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science from University of Rhode Island in 1972, Sandra joined the VA Hospital of RI as a Registered Nurse in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit.

She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Trabulsie and her grandchildren, Chelsea Rose, Ryan E. and Collin J. Trabulsie. Sandra is also survived by her little sister, Lori A. Zinno.

Sandra was the President of the Northeastern 99rs Computer Club. The Vice President and former founding member of the Rhode Island Orchid Society. A Catholic Educator and Library Coordinator of the St. Thomas Regional School.

Sandra’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday June 10, 2019 at 11 AM in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., Providence. Burial will be private.

Visiting hours will be held, Sunday June 9, 2019 from 2 to 5 PM in the Hoey-Arpin-Williams-King Funeral Home, 168 Academy Ave., Providence.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America, 801 Eighteenth Street NW Washington, DC 20006-3517, in memory of Sandra, would be appreciated.
