Obituary of James H. Williams III

Please share a memory of James to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

James H. Williams III, 30, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, October 14, 2019.

Born in Providence, he was the son of Maryann Grady. Jim lived most of his life in Johnston.

Besides his mother, Jim leaves his sister, Kaleigh C. Williams and his niece Scarlett Ann Rodrigues. He also is survived by his uncles, Michael, and Robert Grady and his aunt, Jane Borrelli and her husband David. Jim also leaves his cousins Matthew Grady, Shawn Grady and her daughter Ella Sanchez. He was the grandson of the late Charles and Caroline (Duffy) Grady.  Jim also leaves behind his brother from another mother Jonathon Borrelli.

Jim was considered the family comedian. He had the ability to make anyone laugh.  He had the best smile and could light up any room he entered. He loved sports and was passionate about the Patriots and the Yankees.  He loved spending time at the beach, especially Roy Carpenter’s beach in Matunuck where he had many treasured friendships.

He was extremely loyal to his family and friends and was always willing to give anyone the shirt off his back.

And the boy could sleep! Sweet dreams Jim!

Rest in peace

“Love you”

Until we all meet again
