Obituary of Gerald Morris

Morris, Gerald,W., age 78, of Cranston, Rhode Island, passed away on February 19,2020, at the Orchard View Manor in East Providence, Rhode Island. Gerald is survived by his wife, Laura (Pacheco) Morris, his two sons, Gerald W. Morris Jr. of North Carolina and Michael Morris of Massachusetts. He also leaves behind his sisters, Carolyn Mulhall of Warwick, Laurie Coates of California, the late Alice McKenna, Arlene Horne of West Virginia, and Donna Davis of Providence, and his brothers, Walter Morris of Warwick, Wayne Morris of Providence, and the late Ronald Morris. He is also survived by his granddaughter, Kailee, and his great-grandson, Carter, and his grandson, Michael Morris,Jr. Gerald served in the United States Air Force. After leaving the military, he worked in the construction business. A graveside service will be held March 3,2020, at 11 A.M. in Pocasset Cemetery, 417 Dyer Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island and he will be buried in a family plot with Military honors. Relatives and friends are invited.
