Helen T. Cacoures, 99, of Smithfield, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014. She was the wife of the late Charles Cacoures. Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Georgia (Pappas) Plakias. Helen worked for Columbia University for many years. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral in Woodlawn Cemetery in New York was private. Arrangements by the Hoey-Arpin-Williams-King Funeral Home.
