Obituary of Andrea Theresa Ryder

Ryder, Andrea, T., 34 of Warwick, wife of Dennis M.G. Bourassa Jr., mother of Olivia M. Bourassa, passed away Monday, June 29, with her loving family at her side. Born in Providence May 10, 1986, the daughter of John F. Ryder and Donna M. Paradiso, was a lifelong resident of Rhode Island. Andrea was a corporal in the United States Marines and served in Iraq and Afghanistan and was very proud of being a marine. Growing up in Warwick, she went to Warwick Veteran’s High School and CCRI before going into the Marines. Andrea enjoyed traveling, exploring, road trips, casinos, and collecting Care Bears. She also worked at Dunkin Donuts and Santander Bank. Besides her husband and daughter, she is survived by five brothers Matthew Sherman, John Ryder, Joseph Ryder, Dominic Ryder, Michael Ryder, three sisters Angela Sherman, Jennifer Fernardes, and Stephanie Ryder. Calling hours are in the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home, 168 Academy Ave., Providence, Rhode Island, Monday, July 6, 1 - 4 P.M. Relatives and Friends are invited.
