Obituary of Edward E. Robertson

Edward Eugene Robertson, 86, of Providence, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2020. Born in Wendell, North Carolina, Edward was the son of the late Roosevelt Robertson and Rose Ann Ferrell. Edward was the husband of the late Pauline Robertson (Freeman). Edward is survived by his sons Edward Eugene Robertson, Jr., Anthony Freeman, Kevin Robertson, David Robertson, his daughters Donna Freeman, Anna Marie Robertson, and sisters Emma Louise Young and Barbara Ann Sowah. Edward was the father of the late Clarence Roberston, Larry Robertson, Dennis Robertson, William Roosevelt Robertson, and the brother of the late Dazola Turner. Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 3, at 10:00 am, from the Mount Zion Church of God, Providence. Followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Due to COVID-19, the church is limited to 25% capacity. Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed and enforced.
