Cousin Dot I am so blessed that we got to meet - even if only over the phone. You amazed me with how you talked and so upbeat and loving of the Lord. That is why I know without a doubt your are in heaven and the Good Lord said Well Done My Faithful Servant. Rest in Heaven and may I join you at Hallelujah Way/Lane . Love you

It is with my warmest condolences that I send to the family on behalf of Ronald Calvin Davis one of her favorite nephews who has preceded her in death (August 2020), (And Myself )Betty Jean Aldridge and his two sons Kortrell and Jaiden Davis & even though I never had the opportunity to meet Aunt Dot, I did have several great conversations over the phone with her through Ron who no doubt was One of her favorites in her life, he definitely loved her and stayed in contact, they both were great communicators and it was always pleasurable conversations, I truly pray for the day to come when I to can see her in person as well as see all our dead loved ones that we have lost over time, for it is written in the scriptures Revelation 21:3-4 that we will not continue on forever in a world with Death, Pain, and Sickness but only in Jehovah's time through Christ Jesus, will he allow all of this to be done away with, until then let's reflect on The Good Life that Aunt Dot had, her beautiful smile, her wisdom, the happy woman that we knew her to be and the beautiful words that many write about her, shows the impact that she had on each one's life and no doubt was a wonderful person who loved to laugh and Oh could Ron make her laugh!!
KEEP in mind, that the devil is busy, and we are all living in some critical times 2nd Timothy 3: 1-5 talks about it, Keep your Faith, Stay Strong and as we pray for God's Kingdom to come, (Matthew 6:9&10 )we too can join not only Aunt Dot but many others, for God's word is true and he do not lie. Let each one treasure all the moments that you may have shared with her and most of all reflect on her departure being a Happy time ..Even though it's a Sad time, just know that she is in the best hands, our reigning King Christ Jesus hands. And rest assured we will see her AGAIN John 5:28-29

Aunt dot was very kind and happy to meet me when I first came to visit her back in 2002-2003 she looked very young for her age. She shared family history with me and I know she is in a better place. Great great nephew Derrick Elias (Ron’s son)
