Kurtz, Marjorie E (Crowell), 93, of Warwick, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021, peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Stephen H. Crowell, Sr. and the late Clare (Richmond) Crowell. She is survived by her five children: Deborah Cardoza (Dwight Cardoza), Linda Corbett (Phil Corbett), Susan Galligan (Charlie Galligan), Stephen Kurtz (Robin Kurtz), and Sandra Comerford. She is predeceased by her sons Norbert Nunes and Kevin Nunes, brother Stephen H Crowell, Jr., and a sister Mary Ring. She also leaves seven grandchildren: Yvonne Nunes, Aaron Nunes, Gabriel Noonan, Michael Corbett, Ruby Kurtz, Kayla Comerford, and Michael Comerford, as well as seven great-grandchildren. Marjorie was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Her smile, positive outlook, and gentle, loving spirit blessed the lives of those who knew her. She will be missed by many. A private celebration of life will be held at a future date. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to VNA of Care New England or St. Labre Indian School.
