Maria O'Brien, 87, of Providence, passed away peacefully Monday, October 18, 2021. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Silver and Carmela Esta Lupo. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Francis O'Brien. She leaves her children Colleen Cobb, David, and Jason O'Brien. Grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 10. Maria was the sister of Anthony Silver and Joanne Fraieli. She was the beloved mother of the late Sophia Cerullo. Her visitation will be held Sunday, October 24, 2021, from 4pm to 7pm, followed by a service at 7pm in the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home, 168 Academy Avenue, Providence.
