Donna (Thomas) Percelay, 73, of West Kingston, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 12, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Jacksonville, FL, she was the beloved daughter of the late John C. and Ruth (Watterson) Thomas. Donna worked for South County Hospital for many years before her retirement. She leaves her loving son David M. Riberdy and the loving grandmother of Kyle and Meghan. She was the sister of Bob Thomas. Donna was the mother of the late John Riberdy.
