Obituary of Christine Vargas

Christine Vargas, 45, of Providence, passed away unexpectedly on May 7, 2023, at home. Christine was a pharmacy tech at Walgreens and graduated from Katherine Gibbs. She was born in Elizabeth, NJ, and was the daughter of Celina Pena and Wilfredo Vargas. Christine was the devoted mother to her daughter Seline Garcia and her son Neftali Vargas. Beloved sister of Wilfredo Vargas, Francesca Pena, and Victoria Pena. She leaves many nieces and nephews that enjoyed spending time with her. Christine was full of love and laughter, and she had the best hugs. One of her favorite times was Sunday dinner, spending time with her family. She was filled with lots of love from her family and friends. Christine had an open heart and an open home.
