Robert W. Colardo, 90, of North Providence, son of the late Amalio and Madeline (Powers) Colardo, passed away on September 15, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Ann R. (Napolillo) Colardo. Robert worked at Providence College as a Security Officer for many years before his retirement, also serving as sergeant in the Marines during the Korean War. He was the loving father of Cathy R. Furia, and her husband Vincent, Barbara A. L'Europa, and her husband Vincent. Grandfather of Robert W. "Bobby" Lucchetti. Brother of Paul Colardo and Madelyn "Lyn" Campanile. Brother-in-law of Evelyn and Gene Carpentieri. He was the father of the late Lisa M. Palka and Paula L. Lucchetti and the brother of the late Thomas J. Colardo.

His funeral will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 9am from the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home, 168 Academy Ave., Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, at 10 am in St Augustine Church, 20 Old Rd, Providence. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from 5 pm - 7 pm in the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home, 168 Academy Ave, Providence. Burial will take place in St Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
