Doris V. Kelley, (SanSouci), 97, of Johnston and formerly of Providence passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016. She was the wife of the late John W. Kelley. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Emily (Roy) SanSouci. She had lived in Providence most of her life before moving to Johnston in 1997. Doris was a Clerical Administrator at Pranda in Cranston for 20 years. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by four children, Donald J. Kelley of Maryland, Peter J. Kelley and his wife June of Lincoln, Janice A. Asciolla and Maureen L. Kelley both of Johnston five grandchildren and a daughter-in-law, Patricia Kelley of Florida. She was also the mother of the late Paul E. Kelley; grandmother of the late Sal Asciolla II; mother-in-law of the late John N. Asciolla and sister of the late Loretta SanSouci. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 9:30 AM in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Robert Bellarmine Church and Charitable Ministries would be greatly appreciated.
