Grieco, Virginia Ann (Famiglietti), 90, a lifelong resident of Providence, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Cortland Place in Smithfield. She was the loving wife of the late Domenico “Tom” Grieco. They were married for 49 years. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Celeste A. Miccoli and her loving son-in-law, Angelo of Smithfield; her cherished grandsons, Michael and Anthony Miccoli; one brother, the late Marshall Famiglietti, Jr and her adorable cat Mia. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Marshall and Congetta (Graziano) Famiglietti. Mrs. Grieco was a long-time parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church. She was a Homemaker who enjoyed baking, crafts, knitting and spending time with her grandsons. The funeral will be held Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 9 AM from the HOEY-ARPIN-WILLIAMS-KING Funeral Home, 168 Academy Ave., Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will follow in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours, Friday 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Blessed Sacrament Church, 179 Academy Ave., Providence, RI 02908.
