Wayne Rush, 76, of Coventry, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2024. He was born in Providence, RI, the son of the late John J. and Angelina (Cady) Rush. He graduated from Coventry High School in 1966 and URI in 1970 with a Civil Engineer Degree. Wayne worked for the Rhode Island DOT for twenty-eight years. He enjoyed cooking, sports, driving his convertible, and spending time with loved ones. Wayne leaves his loving son Jimmie Rush and his most beloved grandson Bradley, both of CT.
