Josefina Malave, 80, of Providence, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Born in Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Francisco Malavé and Maximina Gomez. Josefina is the beloved wife of William Garcia. She leaves her loving children, Eddie Cepeda, Enid Díaz, Jorge Cepeda, Mariel García, and William García, Jr. Grandmother of Eileen Díaz, Edwin Díaz, Alberto Díaz, Yolianna Cepeda, Luis Cepeda, Edward Cepeda, Cristian Cepeda, Abigail Cepeda, Jordan Cepeda, Jade Cepeda, Devante Castro, Naja Castro, and Aaliyah Garcia. Great-grandmother of Lexy Tolentino, Nashawn Nascimento, Liahny Díaz, Roseana Díaz, Melody Miles, Rosalia Díaz, Lexahny Espinal, Yancel Chinea, Yaniel Chinea, Davian Castro, A'nayla Duarte, Alizé Santiago.
