Obituary of Michael Eugene Beasley

Michael Eugene Beasley, 65, of East Providence, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024. He was born in Providence and was the son of the late Vernard Beasley and Harriet Washington. The beloved husband of Annette (Fontes-Smith) Beasley. He leaves his loving children Micheal Beasley Jr., Racquel Cox-Beasley, Nicole Beasley, Jalena Beasley, Steven Smith, La’Tanya Smith, and Jessica Smith. He also leaves behind the late brother Anthony “BB” Ransom, and his sisters Lisa Lacey, Joi Ransom, Kara Ransom, Tracie Beasley, Dante Beasley, and Sissy Beasley. He was a Grandfather of 11 grandchildren and a great-grandfather of 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, also loved by many others. Mike worked in maintenance at Trinity Rep for many years before his retirement and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. In his spare time, he loved spending time at the park with his grandbaby, telling the best dad jokes, and being there when you needed him.
