Obituary of Evelyn O'Brien

Evelyn E. O’Brien, 99, a lifelong resident of Providence, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Bridget (McCormick) Bonner.
Evelyn worked for the former Shephards Tea Room in Providence, retiring in 1980. She was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church for 65 years and was a member of the Daughters of Isabella in the parish.
She is survived by three children, Beverly O’Malley (William), Evelyn DeCiccio, and William O’Brien (Patricia); four grandchildren, Stacy O’Brien, William O’Brien, Jed O’Malley, and Kasey O’Malley; 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Margaret Bonner, Madeline Cunningham, Henry Bonner, Dorothy Wheaton, and Vincent Bonner.
